Education and Childcare Specialist Lead

We are excited to be searching for an Education and Childcare Specialist Lead to manage a team of regional leads and provide coaching and guidance to ensure high-quality, consistent learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in learning, education, sport, or a related field, and proven line management experience of mid-level leaders. Strong leadership in learning delivery and event management experience are also essential.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, free nutritious lunches, private medical cover, a contributory pension scheme, additional leave days, and a hybrid working model.
