About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Childcare Specialist to join our team at Esland Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our young people and contribute to our mission of providing the best-in-class specialist services.

As a Senior Childcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and intervention support to our young people. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support to achieve amazing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding childcare and intervention support to our young people
- Work closely with our team to ensure high-quality care and support
- Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of our young people
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

- A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
- A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or be close to completion)
- A Full driving licence issued in the UK
- A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities
- A commitment to promoting equal opportunities for all and challenging any behaviour or practice which discriminates against any young person or colleague
