We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Childcare Specialist to join our team at Esland, a leading provider of residential care services. As a Senior Activity and Intervention Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in our care.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to children in our care, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure each child receives the best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home, with a Level 3 diploma in residential childcare or higher.
  • A full driving license issued in the UK, with a keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.

  • An estimated salary of £39,762 - £44,208 per annum, based on a pay rate of £13.30-£15.20 per hour for days and 12 sleep-nights per month at £60 per night.
