Job Title: Therapeutic Intervention Leader

Esland Care is committed to providing best-in-class specialist services to children and young people. We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our Assessments Team, who can lead our therapeutic intervention programme and provide support to young people in need.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential childcare, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a children's residential care home. They must also hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the therapeutic intervention programme
  • Develop and implement care plans for young people
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on the level of diploma held. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions, please apply.
