At Serco Limited, we are seeking an experienced Crime Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at HMP Dovegate. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a critical role in supporting prisoners in their journey towards rehabilitation and reducing the risk of reoffending.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a Senior Forensic Psychologist to lead our Therapeutic Community at HMP Dovegate. You will provide clinical expertise and guidance to staff, conduct risk assessments, and develop treatment plans for prisoners. Your strong skills in clinical formulation, risk assessment, and therapeutic interventions will be invaluable in driving rehabilitation and reducing reoffending.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in secure settings and working with offenders with complex needs. You will have a proven ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and manage and inspire staff. Expertise in report writing and presenting evidence in formal settings is also essential. Additionally, up-to-date knowledge of forensic psychology research, especially in offender rehabilitation and therapeutic communities, is highly desirable.
