Shift Lead Opportunity in Residential Childcare Setting

SGS Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Childcare Professional to fill the role of Shift Lead in their children's residential home. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading shifts with Residential Support Workers
  • Managing risks and ensuring compliance with company policies

Candidates must possess a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care, OR equivalent qualification, and have at least one year of relevant experience within the last five years. A full manual driving license is also required.

This position comes with a competitive salary, including a sleep-in allowance, enhanced overtime rate, and access to employee wellbeing programs. Other benefits include 28 days annual leave (increasing to 33 days with 5 years of service) and a funded Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
