We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team and drive innovation in childcare provision. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Your expertise and passion for delivering high-quality care will inspire and motivate your team to excel in their roles.

We are looking for someone with recent experience working in the residential sector, preferably as a Registered Manager, and who has achieved a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' grade in their recent OFSTED inspections. You should possess excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young People's Workforce) or equivalent, and a Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent. We also offer a competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum (DOE), performance-related bonuses, and annual increments to holiday entitlement.
