At Unit4 NV, we're seeking a talented Cloud ERP Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, assessing their strategic fit and financial viability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing pipelines of potential deals, ensuring timely and effective evaluation and decision-making processes.
  • Conducting thorough financial analysis, including valuation modeling and due diligence, to evaluate potential acquisitions and assess their impact on Unit4's financial and operational performance.
  • Building and growing relationships with bankers and other external parties to support business development efforts.
