At Unit4 NV, we're seeking a talented Cloud ERP Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, assessing their strategic fit and financial viability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing pipelines of potential deals, ensuring timely and effective evaluation and decision-making processes.
- Conducting thorough financial analysis, including valuation modeling and due diligence, to evaluate potential acquisitions and assess their impact on Unit4's financial and operational performance.
- Building and growing relationships with bankers and other external parties to support business development efforts.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $160,000 - $220,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a dynamic work environment, unlimited vacation policy, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
