About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled ACCOUNT GROWTH MANAGER to join our team at Attentive. As a key member of our success team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic account management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive account growth and revenue
  • Cement relationships with new and existing customers through onboarding, integration, and new product adoption
  • Lead and present at regular client meetings, both in-person and over video conference
  • Analyze customer usage to form accurate forecasts and identify potential risks
  • Work closely with the executive team to translate customer feedback into specific product requirements

Requirements

  • 4+ years of account management experience, preferably in a Martech SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of customer success techniques and strategies
  • Comfortable learning new software and internal tools
  • Experience navigating complex work processes and tight timelines
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or related CRM tools
