About the Role:
Cognia Law, a rapidly growing law firm, seeks an accomplished Sales, Lead, Deal and Account Manager (LDAM) to spearhead business development, account management, and revenue growth. This exciting opportunity involves working with clients across various regions, including the UK, EMEA, Australia, USA, and Canada.

Job Description:
As a key contributor to our high-performing team, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our leadership team, subject matter experts, and commercial teams to ensure optimal client service delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with executive sponsors, SMEs, and the wider team to prepare and execute account plans with strategies and actions to achieve agreed business objectives and metrics.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, driving revenue growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing and executing account plans, ensuring client service delivery, and influencing senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results. A background in the legal/professional services sector or alternative legal service providers is highly desirable.
