Head of Sales and Business Development

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Poole, UK. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our dynamic sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets, while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
About the Role:
- Salary: £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Location: Poole, UK.
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, collaborating with marketing and product teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, leveraging excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, utilizing in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative atmosphere.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
