Sales and Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at TDSi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive quotes and increase sales of our Access Control products through the UK security distribution network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Security Installation Companies and key personnel.
- Review Access Control and Integrated Systems tenders and work with our internal sales and support team to compile tender responses.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our Access Control product portfolio.
Qualifications and Skills
- Direct sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Tender response experience and a strong understanding of Access Control systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and databases.

- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
