About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at TDSi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive quotes and increase sales of our Access Control products through the UK security distribution network.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Security Installation Companies and key personnel.
  • Review Access Control and Integrated Systems tenders and work with our internal sales and support team to compile tender responses.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our Access Control product portfolio.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Direct sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Tender response experience and a strong understanding of Access Control systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good IT skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and databases.
