About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at Homelink Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical teams, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification and potential NHS experience. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work autonomously in the community.

Key responsibilities include providing personal care, including meals, personal hygiene, rehabilitation support and overall reassurance and safety. You will also offer additional support with training if required in areas such as reablement, phlebotomy and holistic support.

Job Details:

  • $48,000 - $72,000 per annum
