We have an exciting opportunity to join our Acute Inpatient Therapies Team at Kettering General Hospital

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Band 4 Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our Therapies Bank Team. You should have excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high quality, evidence-based care for our patients across the 7-day service.

Integrated therapies working on acute inpatient orthopaedic and medical wards

Supporting the high exciting profile our therapies team hold within the acute trust

Band 3 & Band 4 Assistants development forum

Established competency-based learning programme

**THIS IS A BANK POST AND THE ROLE DOES NOT ATTRACT SPONSORSHIP**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
You will manage and prioritise your own case load independently, assessing and treating patients with a wide variety of conditions.

You will also assist in assessing and carrying out specific rehabilitation programmes for clients with more complex needs, so improving their quality of life.

You should have the ability to work alone as well as within a team. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Full-time or part-time hours are available, the post holders will be expected to work across 7 days.
