Community Rehabilitation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapist to join our Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust team. As an Advanced Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for playing a critical role in the County wide Community Rapid Response & Intermediate Care Team.
This challenging yet rewarding role requires a high level of clinical expertise, ideally within the NHS, particularly in a community multidisciplinary team environment. You should have experience managing healthcare assistants and possess a strong understanding of clinical governance and its implications for services.
In addition to a competitive salary of £43,141 - £72,719 per annum, depending on experience, we offer excellent benefits, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. As an Advanced Physiotherapist, you will work collaboratively with Nurses, Doctors, and support workers to establish goals and support planning.
You will also collaborate with colleagues in both acute and community hospitals to facilitate timely discharges from hospital.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and possesses excellent communication skills, manual handling experience, and HCPC registration.
