Clinical Director for Children's Communication

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapy Service Lead to join our team at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with clinicians, educators, and families to develop and deliver high-quality services for children with complex communication needs.
The successful candidate will have a recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent qualification, be a member of the RCSLT, and registered as a Speech and Language Therapist with the Health Care Professions Council. They will also have experience of working with children and young people with SEND, EHC process and provision, and leadership/supervision activities. A postgraduate qualification relating to speech and language therapy is desirable.
We offer a competitive salary of £63,444 - £89,686 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive and collaborative team environment.
