We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Physiotherapist to join our team in Northamptonshire, working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic community setting.
As a key member of our County-wide Community Rapid Response & Intermediate Care Team, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care and support to patients in their own homes or community settings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, ideally within the NHS, and experience working in community multidisciplinary teams. You will also have managed healthcare assistants and possess excellent clinical expertise.

About the Role- Provide expert physiotherapy services to patients in their own homes or community settings.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.

$65,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package.
