Responsibilities:

- Assist in the overall cleanliness and organization of the plate wash
- Wash dishes, utensils, and other equipment
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Support the team by following instructions and completing tasks in a timely manner

**Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills to effectively work with the culinary team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if required

Note: Prior experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

**Salary**: Up to £21,570.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
