We have an exciting opportunity to join our Acute Inpatient Therapies Team at Kettering General Hospital.
To support our therapy service planning, we are seeking motivated and dynamic Band 3 Therapy Assistants and Band 4 Therapy Assistant Practitioners to join our Bank. You should have excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high quality, evidence-based care for our patients across the 7-day service.

**WHO WE ARE**:
- Our Acute Hospital Therapy Team is a rapidly developing, innovative team providing high-quality assessment and treatment, beginning in A&E, MAU and Urgent Care areas, following patients through to the Medical wards, Trauma and Orthopaedic wards and surgical wards.
- You will work as a Therapy Assistant Practitioner and report to the Interim Head of Therapies and Chair for the AHP Council in Northamptonshire.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
As a Band 3 you will be expected to carry out prescribed interventions as designated by a qualified member of staff or as a Band 4 Therapy Assistant Practitioner you will manage and prioritise your own case load independently, assessing and treating patients with a wide variety of conditions.
You will also assist in assessing and carrying out specific rehabilitation programmes for clients with more complex needs, so improving their quality of life.
You should have the ability to work alone as well as within a team. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
We have posts available at full-time or part time hours, however all posts will be expected to work across 7 days.
