Field Care Coordinator

Position: Field Care Supervisor
Location: South Essex branch covering Brentwood & Basildon - Reablement
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to represent Cera and become an integral part of our family. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting initial introductions, developing care plans, performing client evaluations, and supervising Care Workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. The position entails spending approximately 75% of your time in the field and 25% on administrative duties in the office. This is an opportunity to provide essential support to the most vulnerable members of our community while contributing to our mission of being the UK's leading technology-enabled care provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the ongoing supervision of care staff
- Ensure that client needs are consistently met
- Guarantee that your team possesses the skills necessary to deliver safe, high-quality care
- Conduct meet and greet sessions for all new care packages
- Utilize local knowledge to enhance service delivery
- Develop and review care plans
- Perform risk assessments
- Conduct audits of medication administration records and logs
- Carry out spot checks and field supervision of care staff
- Participate in the recruitment and compliance support for care staff
- Attend provider meetings and assist with business development opportunities
- Engage in hands-on care as needed
- Participate in out-of-hours on-call duties
- Contribute to team meetings
Qualifications and Experience:
- Flexibility in work hours
- Proven track record in the care sector
- Strong understanding of the care industry
- Passionate about providing care
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in IT
- Highly organized
- NVQ qualification is desirable but not mandatory
