Position Overview

  • Contribute to the formulation of the philosophy, objectives, and goals for administrative and financial practices.
  • Assess and ensure compliance with administrative and financial standards.
  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance administrative and financial competencies through ongoing training and development.
  • Deliver administrative and financial services for You & I Care Ltd in alignment with best practices.
  • Oversee the administrative and financial functions within You & I Care Ltd, ensuring adherence to established standards, legal requirements, and financial plans.
  • Champion the welfare and safeguarding of the individuals we support.
  • Foster effective working relationships with colleagues at You & I Care Ltd.
  • Facilitate the orientation and integration of new team members.
  • Support the resolution of team conflicts effectively.
  • Pursue opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • Promote a positive image for the individuals and staff of You & I Care Ltd.
