• Deliver administrative and financial services for You & I Care Ltd in alignment with industry best practices.


• Oversee administrative and financial operations within You & I Care Ltd, ensuring adherence to established standards, regulations, and financial plans.


• Champion the welfare and safety of the individuals we support.


• Foster strong working relationships with fellow employees at You & I Care Ltd.


• Facilitate the effective onboarding and orientation of new team members.


• Aid in resolving team conflicts effectively.


• Pursue opportunities for personal and professional development.


• Uphold a positive image for the individuals and staff of You & I Care Ltd.
