Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dedicated team of caregivers to deliver exceptional dementia care
- Develop and implement a comprehensive dementia care plan, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and Hallmark's quality framework
- Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure seamless care delivery
- Build strong relationships with local community groups and organizations to promote dementia awareness and support
- Support family members and friends of residents with dementia, empowering them to become active partners in care
- Ensure the dementia community meets all regulatory requirements, including assessment, care planning, quality assurance, and health and safety
Requirements:
- Proven experience in dementia care management, with a passion for relationship-centred care
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Knowledge of CQC standards and Hallmark's quality framework
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
