Position Overview

  • Execute strategies to uphold administrative and financial benchmarks.
  • Contribute to the formulation of the philosophy, objectives, and goals for administrative and financial practices.
  • Assess and maintain standards of administrative and financial proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance administrative and financial expertise through ongoing training and development.
  • Deliver administrative and financial support for You & I Care Ltd in line with best practices.
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment administrative processes in accordance with established standards and regulations.
  • Act as the primary contact for all recruitment inquiries, utilizing recruitment information systems for data management.
  • Assist management during candidate interviews and ensure the welfare of individuals we support is prioritized.
  • Foster effective working relationships with colleagues and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Facilitate the resolution of team conflicts and seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • Enhance the reputation of You & I Care Ltd through positive engagement with employees and service users.
