We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Recruitment People. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and targeting key decision-makers within the tech industry to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation to identify new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the tech industry
  • Outbound engagement to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Sales and negotiation to close deals and meet sales targets

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the tech industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical acumen and understanding of the tech industry
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
