About the Role

Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Brentwood, Essex. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with a diverse customer base, providing exceptional levels of customer service, and handling tele sales, trade counter interactions, and occasional warehouse duties and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase business from existing, new, and dormant accounts
  • Liaise with manufacturers to secure the best terms for large projects, overseeing them from quotation to completion and beyond
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Promote and sell our wide range of products, encouraging repeat business and driving sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve sales targets

Requirements
  • Quick learner able to adapt to a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to support the busy trade counter, serving customers face-to-face
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Positive and hardworking attitude, able to work under pressure
  • Proven track record in tele sales within the Electrical Wholesale or similar trade industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage own workload
  • Dynamic, with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success
