Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Clinical Care Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and services to residents across multiple care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement clinical projects and initiatives.
- Provide project management support to ensure seamless execution of training programs and system implementations.
- Support investigations and troubleshoot issues, working closely with key stakeholders to drive resolution.
- Coordinate and manage audits and improvement plans to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Lead, empower, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality care and services.
Requirements:
- Registration with the National Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Nursing or clinical degree.
- Level 5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management (or currently working towards).
- Eligibility to register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
- Experience in coordinating and managing audits and improvement plans.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in leading, empowering, and motivating teams.
What We Offer:
- Annual salary of £60,000 - £65,000.
