Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Operations Director to lead our team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care
- Develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor patient outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve care quality
- Leadership
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient care and business results
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Financial Management
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and growth
- Monitor expenses and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Associate's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year experience in healthcare operations or a related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
