Clinical Care Services Director

In this pivotal role as Deputy Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the delivery of care services in our residential care home, ensuring that every resident receives the highest standard of personalized care and support. As a Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin, you will bring your expertise and passion to lead a team of staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Your Key Contributions:- Develop and implement strategies to promote resident engagement and participation in activities.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the Home Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
