Clinical Leadership Specialist

Job Title: Advanced Clinical Practitioner
We're recruiting experienced professionals to join our Urgent Care division. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will support existing clinical care, enhancing capacity and capability within multi-professional teams.
You'll assess patients' health needs, undertake consultations autonomously, using advanced practice skills and your own judgement to diagnose, treat or refer patients. Face-to-face work is supported by a variable rota covering weekdays, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
