This diverse and challenging role requires a leader who can work collaboratively with our multi-disciplined teams to ensure the smooth operation of our home. Responsibilities will include all aspects of nursing and residential care, open communication, budgetary management, and Human Resources. The successful candidate will promote engaging marketing initiatives, guide colleagues in their training and development, and undertake their own professional growth journey.
As a Clinical Lead, you will provide undivided attention and care to all areas of the home, from laundry and personal items to complex emergencies. You will portray confidence in a flexible leadership role and impart your knowledge to colleagues, ensuring adherence to high standards. We require a candidate with:
- A minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
- Experience working in the healthcare sector
- Management/leadership experience (essential) and qualification (desirable)
- An NMC certificate with an active PIN
- A caring nature with the ability to give everyone a personal approach
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes at short notice
- Ability to work well under pressure without negative impact
- A warm, approachable, and engaging persona
- Respect for others
- Resilience and adaptability to differing needs
We offer:
- A competitive estimated salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, based on location and experience
