The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership within a Nursing home environment, sound knowledge of Care Standards, and the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the team/appraisals/training
  • Care plans/reviews/meetings
  • Build and maintain rapport with staff/residents/their families & all external bodies
  • Undertake assessments of other staffs and review care packages
  • Be a role model for staffs and service users

The nursing home itself is circa 50 beds and is rated GOOD with CQC, catering for a range of residents including young adults & the elderly & those living with dementia.
