Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Totally Urgent Care division.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and autonomous practitioner to support existing clinical care, enhance capacity and capability within our multi-professional teams, and provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess health and clinical needs of patients, undertaking consultations as an autonomous practitioner
  • Diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients using advanced clinical practice skills and own clinical judgement
  • Provide clinical advice and mentorship to junior clinical staff
  • Carry out shift leading responsibilities and participate in variable rotas
Required Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
  • Evidence of completion of study in minor illness, independent prescribing, and willingness to develop minor injury and paediatric minor illness/injury skills
