Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Role:

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Recruitment Open Day hosts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and providing information about our college and its services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and conducting assessments
  • Provide information about our college and its services to potential candidates
  • Facilitate interviews with our management team
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience working with young people with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
