Our Senior Leadership Team is comprised of experienced teachers who are here to support you in your new role every step of the way.

As a Teaching Assistant - Primary School, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children, supporting the school staff to facilitate active participation in academic and social activities, and contributing to raising standards of achievement for all pupils.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / Level 6 Qualification - Degree and experience working in a primary school.

This role requires the ability to work flexibly, participate in training, and demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including staff social events, employee mentoring programme, financial planning services, flexitime, pension, and holiday pay.
