Haven Holidays is a leading provider of leisure activities and experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled Recreational Services Director to join our team at Haggerston Castle Holiday Park in Northumberland.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our performance targets against salary, managing stock, margin, and cost control.

  • Manage the operations of multiple activities and swimming pools on site.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can look forward to a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Key Experience
  1. Proven experience leading large teams in an Activities & Leisure or similar environment.
  2. Experience in managing operations, performance, resources, and cost control.
