About the Role

We are seeking a creative and organised individual to join our team as an Activity Director at Wellburn Care Homes. As an Activity Director, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a rich and engaging person-centred activity programme for our residents.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for providing high-quality care. You will also have the ability to think outside the box and come up with new and innovative ideas to keep our residents engaged and active.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and deliver a diverse range of activities that cater to different interests and abilities
  • Manage and populate the home's Facebook page with engaging content
  • Take care of your own budget and ensure paperwork is up-to-date

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £26,500 - £30,000 per annum
