Regional Sales Development Manager

Your role
As a key member of the VELUX Group team, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with professional partners, primarily dealers and installers. Your primary objective will be to position VELUX as their go-to solution for customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering sales excellence through effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with colleagues.
- Supporting partners by understanding their goals and identifying opportunities to help them achieve their objectives.
- Developing and maintaining win-win relationships with partners, providing expert sales support and guidance.
Location
This is a field-based role covering several postcodes, and you will ideally be located in South Wales, with easy access to the designated areas. Regular travel within the region will be required to meet with customers and partners.
Your qualifications
We are seeking a skilled professional with advanced problem-solving abilities, a passion for exploring new possibilities, and experience working with diverse stakeholders. As a great communicator with strong presentation skills, you will inspire and motivate the team. Key qualifications include:
- Sales experience from a field sales role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience working directly with B2B partners.
