Sales Director

Sales and Account Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet budgeted sales and margin targets for the branch.
- Pricing – Manage agreed pricing policy in conjunction with the Branch Manager.
- Monitor market price levels and agree strategy with Branch Manager.
- Set and review branch Sales Development Plan to drive branch sales and margin performance.
- Recognise poor sales performance and take steps to address in conjunction with Branch Manager.
- Proactively maintain and support branch accounts.
- Organise regular supplier and product training.
- Conduct regular ledger reviews with sales staff and set actions to improve customer spend.
- Carefully manage key accounts as well as seek out new opportunities.
