About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Management professional to join our team at James Donaldson & Sons Ltd. As a Sales and Account Management Role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet budgeted sales and margin targets for the branch.
- Pricing – Manage agreed pricing policy in conjunction with the Branch Manager.
- Monitor market price levels and agree strategy with Branch Manager.
- Set and review branch Sales Development Plan to drive branch sales and margin performance.
- Recognise poor sales performance and take steps to address in conjunction with Branch Manager.
- Proactively maintain and support branch accounts.
- Organise regular supplier and product training.
- Conduct regular ledger reviews with sales staff and set actions to improve customer spend.
- Carefully manage key accounts as well as seek out new opportunities.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Management professional who has a proven track record in delivering sales and margin targets. You will have excellent accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
