About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Sales Specialist, covering the BN, CT, DA, ME, & TN Postcode areas.
As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining positive relationships with our professional partners, including dealers and installers. Your primary goal will be to influence them to see VELUX as their first choice solution for their customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales excellence through effective execution of sales and marketing activities in collaboration with teammates;
- Support our partners by understanding their goals and creating and identifying business opportunities to assist them achieve their goals;
- Develop and maintain win/win relationships with our partners, providing good sales support and advice.
This role requires regular travel within the region to meet with our customers and partners.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have advanced problem-solving skills, enjoy exploring new possibilities, and work with a variety of stakeholders. You should be a great communicator with effective presentation skills, inspiring and able to organize priorities. An analytical mindset and ability to draw insights from market trends are also essential.
You should bring Sales experience from a Field Sales role, preferably from the construction industry. Experience working directly with B2B partners is also required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is collaborative, customer-oriented, and a good presenter and communicator. You should be motivated by performance and achievement of goals, with analytical skills and the ability to work in a structured and organized manner to deliver results to tight deadlines. Being an influential negotiator and salesperson is also essential.
