Role Overview
This exciting opportunity is for a Care Assistant to join our team, providing support to clients in their own homes. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, resilient, and able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients. You will be required to assist with personal care, manage medications, and perform practical tasks such as shopping and housework.

What We Look For
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. While previous experience in social care is not necessary, you must be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our close-knit team. A valid driving license is also essential due to the geographical nature of the role.
