Animal Healthcare Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Veterinary Care Assistant to join our Lancaster practice. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our veterinary team.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position with a mix of shifts, consisting of three days within week one and four days within week two, including 1 in 2 weekends. Overtime opportunities may also be available for those willing to consider additional hours.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for assisting all colleagues to support the smooth running of the practice and provide the best standard of patient care. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding pet healthcare and exceptional customer service.
- Provide guidance by keeping yourself fully up-to-speed with the practice services and any additional services available.
- Remain calm, attentive, and focused on clients' needs.
- Be the friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
