General Practitioner Healthcare Coordinator

Main Duties- Assist GPs in handling administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality patient care and improving practice operations.
- Arrange and coordinate group consultations and clinics, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient use of resources.
- Identify patient needs and connect them with relevant services, leading to improved patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Process and manage ECG and ECHO referrals, scheduling necessary investigations and optimizing patient pathways.
- Foster effective communication with patients' families and hospital teams, guaranteeing comprehensive support.
- Achieve GCSE Maths (4/C) or equivalent for precision and accuracy.
- Hold Level 3 Admin/Customer Service qualification for outstanding communication skills.
- Acquire Facilitation of group consultations training for collaborative success.
- Portray a patient-centric approach, prioritizing care and comfort.
- Maintain professionalism in demanding situations, exhibiting poise and composure.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a growth mindset, embracing new challenges and opportunities.
- Display a self-driven and positive attitude, inspiring teamwork and excellence.
- Patient-facing service experience for genuine emotional intelligence.
- Working in General Practice for deep knowledge and practical application.
- EMIS clinical system expertise for optimized workflow management.
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, recognizing your hard work and dedication.
