About Our Service

Our Morecambe supported living service provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live independently. Our team works collaboratively with service users, their families, and other professionals to create individualised support plans that meet their unique needs.

Your Responsibilities

">

As a Support Services Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Providing person-centred support to service users, promoting independence and empowering them to make choices.">
  • Collaborating with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.">
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.">
  • Working flexibly in shifts over weekends and bank holidays.">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations. Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism is beneficial, but not essential.

What We Offer

">

Creative Support offers a competitive salary of £18,500 - £19,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days' annual leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS. Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
