Support Service Manager

Creative Support is a dynamic organization committed to providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities. We are currently recruiting a Support Service Manager to join our team in Morecambe. As a key member of our supported living service, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care to our service users. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our users receive the best possible care, while also developing and maintaining warm, trusting relationships with them. You will also be responsible for planning and coordinating rotas to meet the needs of our service. In this leadership role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career through our comprehensive training program. An essential requirement for this position is previous experience in social care, as well as a commitment to making a positive impact on individuals' lives. This role involves managing a team of support workers, supporting service users with daily living tasks, and accessing local community services. The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
