Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Care and Support Practitioner. As a Care Assistant with Guardian Homecare, part of City & County, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, and manage their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. Our clients value independence and dignity, and we require someone who shares these values.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, we would love to hear from you.
