Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Coordinator to join our team at Creative Support. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and forensic backgrounds.

The role involves supporting individuals to live a full and worthwhile life by promoting choice, encouraging healthy lifestyles, cooking nice meals, and facilitating engagement with their community.

A key aspect of this position is assisting individuals to achieve their personal goals, no matter how big or small. Full training is provided, and the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care is available.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to develop both personally and professionally, with flexible working hours available from 15 hours up to 48 hours per week. Additional benefits include access to a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.

Our Heysham Project supports six individuals to live in their self-contained flats, offering a unique and rewarding experience for our service users. They enjoy activities such as trips to the local bingo hall, outings to beauty spots, weekly shopping trips, bike rides, lunch out, cinema, and charity shops.

Salary: £21,089 - £23,136 per annum
