Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Specialist to join our team as a Care and Development Professional. This role involves assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
- Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise, and motivate learners to overcome barriers to learning.
- Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration.
- Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA.
- Successful candidates must have experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5.
- Hold occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly), at Management level.
- Confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.
- Happy to conduct online remote assessments and face-to-face when required.
- Must have a good level of ICT skills.
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Competitive salary of £30,000 + BONUS with an additional £5,000 OTE.
