About the Role

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, based at our Morecambe Vauxhall location. You will be responsible for:

  • Receiving new and used vehicles from external suppliers and transport companies, completing relevant delivery documentation to a high standard, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place.
  • Processing internal and third-party claims with relevant suppliers, maintaining effective communication with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Liaising with Head Office and internal departments on a daily basis to address any outstanding issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in using IT systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
